Accident Investigation Package DVDs

This two-part training video series, Introduction to Investigation DVD and Accident Investigation DVD, covers mechanical accidents and injuries resulting from use or misuse of equipment, occupational illness, line of duty death and vehicle accidents.

The package includes two DVDs and two Instructor Guides. It is designed for personnel who carry out investigations as a part of their duties. 

Part 1 covers interviewing, examining the scene, writing reports and follow-up activities. 

Part 2 covers determining conditions before an accident as well as any unusual circumstances, analyzing and using data, obtaining professional assistance and using report findings to create a safer work environment.
