Incident Command System (ICS) for Industry DVD training video series demonstrates how industries can prepare to effectively handle an incident in order to avert a crisis. It describes how to set up and implement an Incident Command System that will work effectively with public safety organizations. 

The series is narrated by Greg Noll, a Certified Safety Professional and a member of many national safety committees, including the NFPA Technical Committee on Hazardous Materials Response Personnel (chair). Greg is the recipient from the IAFC Hazmat Committee of both the Level A Award and the most prestigious John Eversole Award for his distinguished career and contribution to the hazardous materials training and education community.

The package includes three DVDs and an accompanying Model Procedures Guide on CD-ROM. After taking the training provided by the course of instructions, the student should be able to identify the benefits of using ICS, describe the key concepts and principles underlying the National Incident Management System and describe the basic features of ICS. The student will be able to describe the roles and functions of the Incident Commander, the Command Staff and the four principle sections under ICS. The student will also be able to describe the elements of a crisis management plan and understand the role of the Emergency Operations Center.
