In this course, you will learn about and meet the requirements of California’s mandatory harassment training requirements (AB 1825, AB 2053, SB 396 and SB 1343) for employees. Specifically, what the federal law states, CA state specific definitions and protected classes, reporting resources with contact information and remedies.

- The Respectful Workplace: Introduction - The Respectful Workplace is a series of short courses that will help you determine what discrimination and harassment in the workplace looks like, what to do if you experience it, and how to prevent it from happening in the first place.
- The Respectful Workplace: Sexual Harassment - In this course, you’ll learn what sexual harassment is and the various behaviors that could be considered sexual harassment. The goal is that you’ll be able to recognize sexual harassment so that you can check your own behavior and know when your coworkers have crossed, or are getting close to, the line.
- The Respectful Workplace: Identifying Discrimination
- The Respectful Workplace - Stop Harassment in its Tracks - In this course, we’ll focus on two specific actions you might take in response to harassment. Telling the offender to stop and reporting the behavior. We’ll also examine what you should do if a coworker asks you to stop doing something that he or she says is harassing.
- The Respectful Workplace: Champion Civility
- The Respectful Workplace: Unconscious Bias In this course, you’ll learn what an unconscious bias is, why you have them, how to discover what yours might be, and how to prevent them from damaging your relationships. You’ll likely never uncover every unconscious bias you have, but you can strive for more awareness. And then take steps to minimize the potential damage those biases can create.
- The Respectful Workplace: Know Your Rights - California’s Harassment Protections - In this course, you will learn about and meet the requirements of California’s mandatory harassment training requirements (AB 1825, AB 2053, SB 396 and SB 1343) for managers and employees. Specifically, what the federal law states, CA state specific definitions and protected classes, reporting resources with contact information and remedies.
- The Respectful Workplace - Employee Acknowledgement - The Respectful Workplace is a series of short courses that will help you determine what discrimination and harassment in the workplace looks like, what to do if you experience it, and how to prevent it from happening in the first place.
